Arıkan's adventure in the construction business started in the area of education at the beginning of the 1970s and has continued ever since to reach new heights. Arıkan Yapı, before becoming one of the privileged companies of the real estate sector, has started real estate development activities in 2004.

Arıkan Yapı has managed to build more than five hundred thousand square meters of living space on an area of approximately two million square meters, ranging from investments in giant shopping malls to ambitious office projects, from real estate investments to condo construction projects.

Grand awards in four different categories received in the European Real Estate Awards Competition are the proof of Arıkan Yapı's success in its projects. On its path to success, Arıkan Yapı has now joined forces with Emaar Turkey to bring to life new real estate projects in Turkey.
