PARKVILLAGE

It consists of 144 single storey villas on a 312 thousand square meter land in Büyükçekmece Lake Valley. It is the first and only project in Turkey that consists only of single storey villas. Enjoy its authentic landscape which opens the doors for you to an olive growing Aegean village. On your way to your villa, as you go through the deeply rooted mature olive trees, the village square will attract your attention with its assets such as village bakery, villa market, village coffee house and amphitheater.
